About Me

After arriving in Dubai along with her husband in (insert year), she spent a few years holding down a number of corporate jobs, but her fascination with entrepreneurship never left her. Backed by grit, resolve, and a deep fascination for hands-on learning, she eventually left the comfort of her lucrative 9-5 to establish her business setup company in Dubai. 14+ years later, she has helped 450+ founders set up lucrative businesses in the region and is still going strong.

As an ambitious business leader, Richa was never one to rest on her laurels. Her goalposts kept moving forward as she kept achieving her goals one by one. Life was all about building the next venture, overcoming the next challenge, and working non-stop. 

But everything changed in August 2020 when she went for a checkup with her doctor and received the shocking news. She had breast cancer that was growing aggressively. Shocked at the unexpected turn of events, Richa took it in her usual stride and since then has undergone 16 chemotherapy and 25 radiation sessions to become the first person in her family to beat cancer. She proved - not for the first time - the importance of nurturing a resilient mindset. 

That experience transformed her personally and professionally. She realized that professional progress is essential - but it is incomplete without personal fulfillment. Today, Richa uses her experience as a 3x entrepreneur and cancer survivor to support aspiring business owners and professionals to weather the storms of entrepreneurship while building up their personal lives. She equips them with the tools and the mindset they need to navigate the challenges of building a life that they can look back on with pride.
