We had a plastic surgeon who wanted to set up his medical clinic on Al Wassal Road. We guided him through the entire process and handheld him through the entire process and the approvals done from the Dubai Municipality, the health Authority and the Economic Department and set up his clinic for him with the paperwork. We also helped him with SOPs as well as we helped him with the clinics, and With the professional licenses of all his other doctors and nurses, by setting up the dates of interviews and examinations as per the DHA procedures. So we provided not only the paperwork solution but also a turnkey solution from the beginning to the end. We had a client who wanted to set his records in the book of guinness's book of World Records. He wanted to cross the Atlantic Ocean and he dropped his bag in the sea while crossing the Atlantic Ocean in his boat, His bag had his passport, his mobile phone, and his Emirates ID. being an American citizen, he ended up in Spain somehow and got a travel document from the US Embassy to come back to Dubai to the UAE. He came back to Dubai on the travel document and explain the situation to UAE, but the authorities denied him entry as the document had to be attested by UAE Embassy in spain and there had to be a police report and so on and so forth. With all that happened, he was sent back to Spain because he has to go back to the country where he has arrived from. When he went back, he connected with us and then we guided him and we helped him through the process with the US Embassy in Spain and with the UAE Embassy in Spain and got his document done. After which we told him to fly and got his attestation done in UAE, after which he could fly back and he entered the country. He is always thankful and this is something that he will never forget.
